“The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid” Psalm 27 V1

Beloved, God is our joy, comfort, guide, teacher, and in every sense our light; He is our light within, light around, light reflected from us, and light to be revealed to us. Now, let your soul be reassured, and let it boldly declares – “The Lord is my light and my salvation”. Here is personal interest – “my light”, “my salvation”.

Into the soul, divine light is poured as the forerunner of salvation. His light reveals our own darkness and makes us yearn for our Lord Jesus. God does not merely gives us light, – He is light itself; nor does He just only gives salvation, but He is the salvation. Thus, it is then, that whosoever by faith has laid hold upon God, has all covenant blessings in his possession.

“The Lord is my light and my salvation ”

Start your day with Jesus.

Beloved, have a blessed day.

  1. Wow that was unusual. I just wrote an really long comment but after I
clicked submit my comment didn’t appear. Grrrr… well I’m not writing all
that over again. Anyhow, just wanted to say great blog!

  2. There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of just a moment?s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.
