20TH MARCH – “SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES”

“Search the Scriptures.” – John 5: V39

Beloved, the Holy Scripture can only be learned closely, diligently, and curiously.  Search deep down like the men seeking diamonds.  A mountain of treasures hangs upon every Word. “I adore the fullness of the Scriptures. “Scriptures requires searching” – Holy Scripture can only be learned by careful study. No man who merely skims the book of God can profit from it; There is milk for babes, but also meat for strong men. We must dig deep into this Diamond-Scriptural-mine until we obtain the hidden treasures.

The door of the Word only opens to the key of diligence. The Scriptures claim searching. Scriptures are the writings of God, bearing His divine stamp. He who despises the Holy scripture, despises God who wrote them. God forbid that any of us should leave our Bibles unopened under our pillow as in the days of old. No way, we will open it daily and dig out the treasures that it is full of. We must make Scriptures grow upon us. Scripture is full of surprises. Do not settle with having given a superficial reading to little scripture, but with the candle of our Spirit, we must deliberately seek out the hidden treasures in the Word. The Word of God will repay searching – “when you search me, you shall find me”.

Use the scripture to shift any mountain in your life. Under the teaching of the Holy Spirit, scripture glows with splendour of revelation, filled with gold, rubies, emeralds, and all manner of gems. No merchandise is more expensive like the merchandise of Scripture truth. Lastly, the Scriptures reveal Jesus: “They are they which testify of Me.” No more powerful motive can be urged upon believers than this: “He who finds Scripture finds Jesus the Saviour and He who finds Jesus finds life and Heaven above all things”.

Prayer; O Lord help me to read the Bible everyday. Amen!

JESUS LOVE YOU.

Start your day with Jesus.

Beloved, have a blessed day.
