“Thou shalt see now whether My word shall come to pass unto thee or not.” – Numbers 11: V23

Beloved, God has promised to supply our needs, but we look to friends to do what God has promised to do for us. God has made a positive promise and He who makes the promise ever fulfils it by His own unaided omnipotence. If He speaks, it is a done-done by Himself. His promises do not depend for their fulfillment upon the co-operation of the strength of man.

We can right now perceive the mistake we have been making – when we are in need and run to friends only to be disappointed. We indulge in unbelief – with thoughts of “can God do it?”. Verily, it is true that we have acted foolishly when we look to the weak ones to do the Creator’s work. Is our ground of faith not sufficient as the visible means for the performance of the promise, but the all-sufficient of the invisible God, will most surely do as He hath said. We dare to indulge in mistrust: “Has the Lord’s hand waxed short?”. – “Thou shalt surely see now whether My word shall come to pass unto thee or not”.

Beloved, are you in the wilderness, being overtaken by a fit of unbelief and is at a loss to know how the promise of God can be fulfilled in your life. Focus on the Creator to fulfill His promise, for He is able and willing to prove His power in your life. Amen!
Start your day with Jesus.
Beloved, have a blessed day.
